In the modern world, people prioritize entrepreneurship, science and technology; however, in the past, greater importance was given to art and culture as it played a vital role in society. The main reason behind this trend is education system and job stability but this can be tackle by introducing art and culture in school and the government support.
One key factor behind this trend is the education system. Academic curriculum are more on on STEM subjects rather then artistic skills because schools aim to prepare children for real world As a result, children tend to prioritize academic and technical skills, which may limit their art and creative activity. Another major factor is job stability and income. Jobs in tech and science are higher in demand also it is rapidly increasing growth. Individuals need to support their families as tech and science has demand people choose this over art.
To solve this issues, schools should have arts and culture classes. This would allow students to learn art they also develop the other skills such as creative thinking, Critical Thinking, Social and Cultural Awareness. As a result, students understand the importance of art. Secondly, the government should support the artist. This can be done by providing them stable job incomes they can encourage art exhibitions and provide them low interest grants so they can start their own business as well.
To conclude, art does no consider essential part because school prioritize science and tech also art consider as a low pay job and provide no job stability which can be tackle by adjusting school curriculum and government help.
