All the types of people, be it from different parts of the world, different religions, etc., highly value their culture and religious practices. It reflects who they are it gives a sence of belonging to an individual or a group. This feeling of belongingness is validated by them expressing their values, opinions and expressions through art. Art is not only seen in paintings, but also in their architecture and way of clothing. If we differentiate these groups by countries, then people from different parts of the world have a unique sence of expressing their ideas. Meanwhile, people these days have indulged themselves so much into the practices of minimalism and modernism that they keep forgetting thier roots. Having a minimalist way of thinking in every regard of their life is considered as an aesthatic in this date.
The boom in science, technology and business has been accelerated since the third industrial revolution so much that people feel greedy to dig deep and get more and more benefits out of it even if its not their need but a want. I think that this is the case because, we are so much interested in increasing the standards of our living that we tend to forget the reality and focus more on how much better can it get rather then being contained with what we alreay have. On top of that, some people also think that pursuing science or business as thier career can be a safer option rather than art because the first one being more direct and easy.
However, in my opinion, there sould be some help from the community to encourage more people to pursure arts becasue it tells a story or reflects the culture of the artist in any way possible. Nowadays social media is used by everyone. So, some interactive sessions between people could be organised emphasizing on different forms of art like digital art, performance art, etc. Additionally, this tool might also teach people to perceive things with close attention because art is present in every form around us.
So, I would like to conclude that appreciating art is a an individual task and by making it an experience of what a person likes, could encourage him/her to understand it more.
