Nowadays, the world is witnessing a sharp rise in the breakthrough of artificial intelligent in enforcement of judgments due to its helpfull assistance, this essay will go through both advantages and disadvantages of this trend.

On the one hand, there are sevral benefits concerning the utility of artificial intilligent in the laws. One significat factor, this machines are capable to learn and preserves the slightest details of rules and former crime cases in no time so that it can correct and aide judeges, lawers, and the jury, to explain further, a judge can use ai to review an old lawsuit judgement . Another positive asspect is the speed of this smart tehnology that would collaborate in case solving in more rapid way than ever, for example a reaserch shows that jury that draw on AI handled more tails than the onces who did not.

One the other hand, there exists a variety of drawbacks that could address artificial intilligent integration in goverments, one major element is the high percentage of mistakes. To expand this, this errors are made due to the miss prompting and the lack of informations given by its users from the judiciary, a great illustration is that studies have shown that majority of ai consumers fail to get the results they want only because of the misleading guidance that they give to their technological agents. Another negative asspect is the limit its capabelities, to develop this, these intilligent systems are still sufering from a huge misunderstanding called the large languge model hallucinations, this phenomenal often happens when there is magnificent number of awarness and familiarity that needs to deal with, such as having to much evidence in a long case.

In conclution, while the use of AI in criminal sentencing and parole offers clear benefits in terms of efficiency and data processing , it still a huge gape to be fixed so that this technology is use, and even so there would never be fully reliance of it cause humans will be always the once how create laws and made the ultimate final decisions in a place of judgement
