I partly agree scientific study should be funded by authorities rather than commercial group. Following reasons will be shows in the following paragraph
Begin with, scientific study should be funded by authorities rather than commercial organizations. Because, governments are very reliable in my country. In addition, if they allow to give the money for reserch, they can invest a lot to scientist study. And then, almost reserches are beneficial for country, that is why governments have to give the money for it
However, governments more is sometimes very slowly, because they need to judge carefully this research is worth of utilize the nation money or not. Therefore, they also can not help to fund a lott of money. They need to adjustment nation money with many things in country. While, commercial organizations can address quickly and invest a lot of money better than governments. Because this desition is depend on president. that is why if president prefar to reserch, they pay the money a lot. But, when funded from commercial organizations, sometimes suddenlt decline plan, change schedule and reduce budget. In addition, if research result will be failure, sometime commecial organizations request return money to scientific study team.
To conclude, scientific study should be funded by governments rather than commercial organizations, however there is a risk for reserch progress in the money and schedule. That is why I partly agree with this statement
