In my view, achieving a healthy lifestyle is more sustainable with gradual, small changes rather than strict, intense routines. While intense diets or exercise programs can lead to fast results, they are often difficult to maintain over time. Strict routines may feel rewarding initially, but they can lead to burnout or create an all-or-nothing mindset, where one missed workout or meal can feel like a setback.
By contrast, smaller, consistent changes—like choosing whole foods, reducing sugar, or adding a daily walk—become habits that fit naturally into daily life. These minor adjustments are easier to maintain and gradually add up to lasting health benefits. They also allow for flexibility, making it less likely that people will abandon their efforts during busy or challenging times. In the long run, I believe that a balanced, adaptable approach is most effective for creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle
