These days, every time you turn on the television or flip through the pages of a newspaper, you learn about the changes occuring on our planet and its impending demise. But what is the most effective way to address these changes in our nation? Many people believe thatthe best way to save our planet is to alter our way of life.I completely agree with this perspective, and in this essay,I will explain my views with examples.
First of all,our planet is now exceedingly polluted. For example, many adults leave litter on the streets, including cigarette butts, food wrappers, and packages. In other words, these indivduals are poisoning our planet by contributing significantly to its degradation. If we continue to dispose of waste carelessly, our planet will inevitably become a garbage dump or may even cease to exist as we know it.
Another reason I support this argument is that people today often fail to value water and use it frivolously.Take children, for instance. They frequently leave the tap running without a thought, leading to potential water shortages.Recently, the Sea of the Island has nearlydried up,transforming it into a desert.I fear that our planet may soon fall into a similar state, leading to disastous consequences.
On the other hand, some argue that modern technology and efficiency can resolve these issues without requiring significant changes. While such advancements can be benefical for the future of our planet, they alone are not enough to ensure our survival.
In conclusion, changing our way of life is a vital step toward saving the planet.I believe that this presents us with a clear opportunity for impovement.Personally,I think that if we acknowledge our mistakes and make necessary changes,it will lead to monumental achievements for us all.
