Industrious people can be found in everywhere ,education, even in employment. They desire to be successful or wealthy in their intention and try too hard however,it’s less beneficial for their health.

It is always true that,there are various causes of working more than others. Because of thinking of human a clue item to gain experience or aim is working hard also learning more than colleagues, classmates or coursemates.Furthermore ,if people achieve success, they feel proud and satisfied by themselves. Thus it can help to improve their self confidence and it gives full energy for study,work even social life. Anyone can work or study unstoppable until any time but at the end it can be shown own negative sides .

Everything has plus and minus,so working hard can be harm for human mind or body. Firstly, he or she may employer or student, all of them are people so they should have a rest on time after tired and hard working day. If they cannot do this, any organism will be exhausted in order to becoming ill individual.For instance, lack of sleeping and long hours working day cause of depression, headache, losing memory.

Some pupils or employers have not breakfast or lunch on time,then they face illness as stomachache.

In conclusion, working hard and achieving the best things in life,education and workplaces is need and good,but health is much important than wealth or career.
