Therefore, the providing opportunities for employees are differentiate due to their abilities and work hard. In this essay, I am going to point out the reason of working hard and why it is not really good to try hard every time.

First of all, the authorities of business are willing to want work hard person when they are interviewed because they believe that it would be the good way to improve their company. The thing is that people get mindset which it will be easier to get job or high salary when they try harder than others. Next, the hard workers are getting more place in most field which is they have special permit rather than the normal employee. In school, the smart boy or girl, who have good grade in the exams, becomes the leader of the class or they have got extra patience from teacher.

On the other hand, although there have a lot of good things by working hard, there still have negative impact. When we work a lot without taking rest, it might have impact for our health and we have to take a break our body system to heal back. For student, sometimes they should give time to play for their physical health and it would be more efficient to connect with other people rather than studying all time.

Finally, even it is a good habit to work hard, we should not be over in which balance is the good way to be sustainable. By doing simply our tasks and going normally for our passion is the best way to get there and the possible way for our long life because there are a lot of issues that we have been through.
