More people in villages are moving to cities for better job opportunities, educations and living conditions, as a result of this, demand for houses is increasing considerably and accommodations costs are too. High construction costs another major cause is. This is because, materials for building costs more and builders’ salaries are too. Developers have to spent more money to construct and build to houses. Also, they need to profit from this. As a result of this, during the choosing the true cost for the houses, they choose expensive costs.
However this causes, there are solutions of these too, one of this is create affordability in villages too and build more houses. If this affordability creates in villages or build more houses, less people can move to cities. As a result of this, demand for houses will decrease and prices for houses will be too. Provide government subsidies can be another important solution for the cause. As I said: construction materials are so expensive. So, if we provide subsidies to developers and constructors, housing prices will decline.
In conclusion, accommodation costs are increasing considerably because of rapid population growth and urbanization and high construction costs, nevertheless, these issues can be effectively addressed, if this affordability like in cities create in villages and provide with government subsidies.
