In recent years, fast food has become increasingly popular. While this development offers several benefits,it also comes with its share of drawbacks. Before reaching the conclusion, this essay will examine both the advantages and disadvantages of fast food that is becoming a part of people’s daily life.

To begin with , there are several advantages to eat fast food in our daily routine. One of the main benefit is that it is time saver. this is because that while cooking we have to stuck to stove.For instance we are cooking rice, we gets involved in several processes but if we are making pizza, we have to only prepare dough, put some vegetables and cheese and put it into oven. Therefore, fast food fastest way of making food for working people.

However, despite these advantages, there are also significant disadvantages. One major drawback is that it causes obesity. The issue arises because it more fatty. For example, regular fast food intaker gets more weight than others. As a result, fast food causes so many health issues.

In conclusion, fast food in daily life presents both advantages, such as fast food is cheap, time saver, taste enhancer, fastest way to change mood within minutes and if we want to buy then it is available 24 hours and 7 days in a week and disadvantages such as issue of weight gain, causes stomach burns and many others health issues. While the benefits are significant. I believethat the drawbacks cannot be ignored and careful consideration should be given to reduce the use of fast food.
