On one hand authorities must spend on internet infrastructure as internet enhances connectivity of people throughout the world by the means of electronic devices which uses internet. For example if an individual wants to buy a water bottle he she can choose from variety of options regarding quality size colour
On the other hand many individuals claim that many more important programs required this money such as this money should be used to decline the poverty by launching various schemes and programs to reaise the standard of living of poor people.Enhancement in infrastructure must be prioritised by authorties. For example good roads and infrastructure encourage tourism which boost the economy of the country.
To conclude in my opinion a Balanced approach should be maintained as it is equally important to spend income on both internet and other important programs.
