In recent years, many older people are no longer cared for by their families and instead are placed in nursing homes or care facilities.Although this development has several drawbacks, I firmly believe that its advantages outweigh its disadvantages, particularly due to its long-term impact on group.
One disadvantage of this is that older people may feel abandoned. or deprived of family attention that this can have a significant impact on their psychological health. As a result, such people are more likely to get sick and die early. In addition, not all nursing homes have good financial conditions, which also affects the lives of elderly people.
Despite these concerns, I consider these disadvantages to be relatively limited and manageable in comparison with the overall benefits. From my perspective, the adventeges of this policy are far more significant. Firstly, people with Alzheimer’s, heart problems, or blood pressure can’t always be helped at home, and it’s better for them to seek help in special institutions where they can immediately receive help during attacks.
In conclusion, although allowing older people to work without age limits has two notable drawbacks, I am convinced that its major advantages clearly outweigh them. Overall, this trend should be viewed as a largely positive development in the modern world.
