It is often argued that people think that the medical care should be a free service provided by governments. I completely agree with this view for several reasons related to people’s incomes and human rights. By this essay I will explain my point of view and give the necessary arguments.
One main reason why I believe that healthcare should be a free service is that I believe that is a basic human right. I mean that people have the right of living and this right should be protected by governments. There are many ways to protect this right, but the main way is by providing a free helathcare services for everyone.
One other main reason is the benefits come from providing medical care service for free are very important for the development of countries. For example, when a country has citizens with a good well-being, that is means it has citizens that can work, build and do different jobs and this contribute to country’s development and economy. As a result the money that probably spent on people’s health can return double from their work and productivity.
In conclusion, I believe that medical care should be provided for free by governments because it is a basic human right that governments should protect it. In addition it can lead to reducing countries’ development and productivity and also offer economic benefits for governments.
