In recent years,it has been suggested that the policy of ‘digital minimalism’ is increasing, which is diminishing the use of smartphones and social media widely. In some states, people accept this as a positive decision to the organized lifestyle, while others argue that minimizing the use of smartphones and social media is invalid in a accosiated world. I believe both part but reducing the use of smartphones and social meida can beneficial, because people can be more productive and focus on their daily others neccesary activities.

On the one hand, decreasing the use of smartphones and social media, can effective for our daily lifestyle as a productive way. Firstly, less uses of smartphones and social media can save precious time, which allows them to focus others acitivies such as hubbies, exercise, spending time family and so on. Moreover, reducing the use of smartphones and social media is more essential for young people as it would be profitable in accademic sides. For example, In China, the people and the students are conservative their lifestyle so they use smartphones and social media less and lead a progressful life by working hard. Therefore, using phones and active on social media may unproductive, if poeple aviod it and provide the time in their others chores so that it would beneficial for people.

On the flip hand , in this morden era people are widely connected with each other by smartphones and social media so reducing it is ineffective. People get news through smartphones and social media as they engaged with world, however some people use televison instate of smartphones and social media .To make an example,In many big cities people do online buissnesses through social media and smartphones so it would be disadvantageful to increasing digital minimalism. Therefore, reducing the use of smartphones and social media is invalid in a attouch networking world.

To sum up, digital minimalism will workfull in many cases espesialy for young people, it would be progressful and create concentrate on study and genaral people concern on their health, though it would be tough to avoid using social media and phones in morden genaration peoples.
