Nowadays in some countries there is flactuation in trend of community working from home. Some believe that this increase productivity and balance in work and life, while other think, it can provide an isolation and fell down the teamwork. In my point of view, i agree that working from home can affect positively for individuals and companies both.
firstly, working from home can provide more comfort in working environment for workers who not socialized propely. They are not scared to put full focus on work in the environment, that they are used to spend most of their time. For instance, i am working from home, my desk stand near to my bed, so i can easily and lately wake up, make breakfast without rushing and start my work exactly at 9 AM, while other, who works at office wake up much earlier and not sleeping enough to be full of energy.
secondly, it saves a big amount of money for company and individual too. Worker will not spend money to grab a taxi, bus or other types of transportation, while others spends bunch of money to get to the job facilities. For example, I worked at office and have been spending up to 100 dollars only on buses and underground and after i moved to another city and start to work remotely, i spend that money for transport to pay bills and other expenses.
Overall, i agree with some sort of people, that working remotely helps me to concentrate more on my work and have more money to pay other important expenses.
