There is no denying the fact that, in recent years, traditional food has significantly declined, whereas fast food has become a major part of people lives in many parts of the world. While it is a commonly held belief that in numerous nations traditional food is being replaced junk food. There is also an argument that You think this is advantages or drawback? This essay will analysis this topic from both point of views express my opinion.

On one hand, the fast food contains flavor enhancing substances, which can make people addicted and unable to stop eating it. In other words, junk food has a negative impact on public health especially when it is consumed frequently. Moreover, because it contains high percentages of fat, salt and sugar, junk food can increase the risk of obesity and heart disease. For instance, a lot of people who depend on fast food daily struggle with heigh overweight and suffer chronic health issues.

On the other hand, families are los the habit eating together due to theincreasing reliance of fast food. It is also possible to say that, with homemade food, families usually have time to eat together, but with fast food, each person tends to eat alone. Moreover, due to the popularity of fast food restaurants everywhere, many people have started to avoid cooking at home and rely on quick solution instead. For example, students and employees, when in hurry, tend to buy fast food meals instead of choose healthy food.

In conclusion, there are no easy answers to this question. On balance, however, I tend to believe that replace traditional food with fast food is considered a negative development, as it has harmful effects on health, culture, and social habits. Therefore, it is crucial to preserve useful and balanced eat traditions.
