Many studies states that remote working creates more productive employees and inscreases a better work-life balance but many also believe that this decrease team cohesion and stifles innovation instead. However, both sides have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Remote workers are able to work from home but still manages to keep up with the industry’s busy days. But by remote working people will eventually have more times to spend in a better working environment, for instance worker for a strict and toxic industry will most likely have a better life when they’re working from remote. they will be able to meet up with their families, friends, and still manage to work independently. On the other hand working remote workers are expected to finish their works on deadline and do it in the best way possible
Regardless of how fun remote working may sounds like, many people believe it will weaken team cohesion eventually. Many industries which offer remote working option for their employees are mostly creative industries and many work with team, in result if many of their employees working remote their team work will collapse and leads to decline in productivity.As what i have explained, now we acknowledge that both of the working options available have propositions and oppositions but both comes to the need of the employees and industries.
