Recently, working online has become more popular than before, and some traditional jobs will disappear over the time. Some believe that remote work will lead to a declining in some attending jobs because everyone will work online and some office workers will lose their jobs. Others argue that online work has a lot of benifits and it’s considered as one of the biggest shiftes and developement on workers performence. I believe that remote work is a great revolution in the work life and it brings back a lot of benifits.

One the one hand, some believe that working through distance is a major cause of office jobs disappearing, because some jobs require the attending of workers in the work side. Some governement offices jobs will decline like authentification of documents, some agents will lose their jobs because some workers are doing their work online through websites. However this system will help a lot when you want to extract some documents. For example, some jobs like agents making authentification will lose their jobs because you do not have to go to the office anymore, and you will only appload you documents through a website and they will do the rest at home. This will returns negatively on office workers because they are not necessary to do any procudures.

One the other hand, some argue that remote work is a great revolution in work life, and it has a lot of benifits such as flexibilty and personal freedom. Because working online will give the worker his freedom to do a better performence, and workers will feel free and not worried about problems with supervisors or managers at work. By working at home, they gain relax and freedom to do whatever they want and give more at work. For instance, some workers do not like disturbing and much noise, they like to work in a quite system, so when they change their environement of work they even change their performence.

I agree because, when you want to extract your Id or any type of documents, you do not have to go to the office and lose your time, wherease you can get them without wasting time and moving out. And the worker will work in a comfort system and performs better at work.

In conclution, while both of views have some merit, I believe that remote work is better than traditional jobs. This is because workers perform better at home and this is a great development in many sectors.
