These days, it is mostly considered that, in various corners of the world people tend to live longer than they used to. Aged people can burden their family member; however, their long-life experience can be beneficial for either government or people. In my opinion, their wisdom leads us for higher paths in any spheres.
On the one hand, some people claim that, in society many old people cause some troubles over aging, such as, they become more weak and need more attention from their sons and daughter, meanwhile it is each child’s responsibility to care about old generation. In this case, sometimes they cannot balance each side by failing at least one of them. However, from another perspective, the government believes there will be more demand for technical devices like robots for example cleaning, washing so on. Consequently, some technical stuff producers can get higher profit if their customers are they.
In my point of view, there are several advantages from them. First, many private agencies can rely on their potential abilities and knowledge. Even though they do not manage how to use laptops, their intelligence is important every now and then. By requiring senior interns for each year, many young workers can learn a lot from them in the work and in the life sphere, which means it can be motivation for all of them. Taking an example, most of the older people are able to give advice if someone asks them; in this case, each time younger ones always try to rely on them for the life experience help. Secondly, their punctualities can be lesson for others too. In companies, many workers are not keen on following schedule on working place. As time passes old people keep arrangements as they have been taught in the past and they can teach others on it either.
In conclusion, even though it is said about aging population how they can cause some mini problems, their wisdom and life experience and knowledge is more essential for all of us.
