Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

it is assumed that children and teenagers around the world are committing more crimes. this essay will suggest that the cause of this is that in the past they struggled from abuse and that they need to be in the prison for minors for what they’ve done.

it all comes from the family. family is the most vital people in child’s life, they are a shield for child. children should get attention, care, love and support from their parents. if the child didn’t get all of that and faced abuse, doesn’t matter if that was physical or mental abuse, it still remains in child’s memories and reflects on their mindset or character in the future. a kid that experienced any sort of abuse will never be same. Moreover, since they experienced abuse and nobody did anything to prevent it, they will grew up thinking that it is completely normal, in the future they even might abuse someone else without knowing that it is not normal.

after they commit a major crime such as assault, rape or even murder, putting them in prison for minors would be the perfect solution to that. After being in prison and after serving their sentence in prison, most of them will think of what they did and what are the consequences, and how it impacted not only on their life but the victims life too. since it will be minor present they don’t have to worry about being raped beaten or killed but they will get a chance to meet teenagers who accidentally killed someone while trying to defend themselves and because of that life has ruined, and the children will think what they did was necessary.

in summary, teenagers and kids commit more crimes because of the abuse that they experienced in the past and the effective solution is to put young criminals in the prison for minors
