Nowadays, the rise of the economy has made many people become wealthier in first and third world countries, although the level of happiness in these counties are not the same compare to the past. There are various reasons why a huge number of people still cannot be satisfied so this is the problem that everyone should be aware and find a way to solve this circumstance.

Economic growth provides more work that employees usually do not want to deal with it. As a result, a lot of them have to work overtime, so they do not have enough free time to spend. Furthermore, more expectation from successful companies puts a lot of pressure to make them cannot make mistake. For example, the majority of office worker in South Korea and Japan get depression from a job and some of them commit suicide.

To fix this, work-life balance is one of many factors that people should know in today world. It is very important to have time to take time with their favorite hobbies, families, partners or friends. As a result, the increase of free-time make them more happy and more productive which have a benefit for the business. For instance, one of the biggest company in the world, Google provides their workers a plenty of free-time and services to inspiration them to think outside the box and making new ideas.

In conclusion, various measures can be taken to tackle the problem of happiness caused by a number of factors as work-life balance is one possible solution that society could learn and adapt from precious experience.
