At this day and age, more and more people, especially youngsters, have turned computer technologies to one of their biggest addictions because of quick dopamine they receive and unlimited access. There are several feasible ways to address this issue, such as imposing parental supervision and curtailing online games.

Young people have become glued to computer screens because of the instant gradification they feel from it. Computers are regulated in such a way where it does not take people to peruse particular tasks and think thoroughly about them, but it allows young people to unwind and get rid of unnecessary thoughts. These compelling thoughts trigger people to get back to their computer desk and proceed with their activities on it. Furthermore, the availability of different entertainments on the internet encourages people to use computers even more. These days, the web is saturated with various subjects, starting from educational to exciting ones, which enables young people to consume any information they want. When children find something exhilirating, there are less likely to get distracted by anyone. For example, after the advent of unlimited Wi-Fi, it was conducted that children at school were usualy late for their classes because they were staying up late, playing computer games.

One of the viable solutions would be to encourage parents to take greater regulations. If parents provide sufficient care about their children from an early age, by controlling their screen time and sleep patterns, the incidence of children being addicted to screen would decrease. As a result, youngsters would be less attracted to online games and instead they would spend quality time with their loved ones and friends. An another way to address this problem would be to inhibit particular websites that mostly attract young people’s attention. Such regulation can be taken and enforced by government because of their higher influence on game-making companies. Consequently, young people would feel abstained from games or not even get to know enough about them after they get fully banned. Children then would start reflecting on their life and look for healthier options of entertaining themselves, such as taking up certain hobby or spending more time with their friends. For example, since many young people faced constraints with the computers, it was found they went for devoting their leisure time for either reading books or having get-togethers with their close friends.

In conclusion, as many people, including youngsters are being more engaged in playing computers online, the primary causes were found to be due to quick satisfaction games provide with their stimulating content and unrestricted access. For such issues to be resolved, enforcing parental control of their children and prohibiting computer games would be the best way to tackle this phenomenon. evaluate this one according to ielts criterion
