In today’s globalisation era, there are few things that have been affected by digitalisation behaviour changes, for instance, some people are choosing to read digital books rather than paper books. While people believe that reading e-books are more effective and others still prefer to read in conventional ways, I personally believe that reading physical books have more advantages compared to reading online.

To begin with, reading is an activity that requires long span attention ability which make people have to stare for a few long times. Reading physical books may offer more convenient situations and safe for eyes for each individual because there is no blue ray radiation given by the screen of the gadget. Furthermore, the flexibility to bring in any occasion is also one of the biggest advantages such as waiting at the hospital and reading in a airplane since electronic devices are not allowed to bring in those situations. For hence, in order to give the best experience from reading activity, read in conventional way is one the best options to do.

However, if wee see from different financial point of view, it cost less compared to buy physical book since most of the authors can reduce the publisher and marketing cost by simply they selling their writing in online platform which means consumer can afford many books with affordable price.

In conclusion, while reading digital books give the advantages from both side author and readers due to affordable price to access,

reading physical books bring individuals convenient and flexibility considering reading sometimes could be a serious activity to do by some people and occasion. Therefore, as an active reader, they need to adjust to their needs and preference of reading.
