It is often argued by few nations firms to give opportunities to masses working at home. However, others opine that individuals have desire to go to offices for working. This essay will discuss both the views as far as i am concerned i am in the favour of letter nation.

To commence with, the method of virtual working play an important part in the productivity of employees. To explain it, with the support of this process workers do not require to commute offices by the buses and trains, resulting in saving their times and energy, and this saved energy can be devoted to their office works. For instance, a headline of BBC (British broadcasting corporation) revealed that during the Covid-19 pandemic many companies owners claimed they had maximum output by the working from home technique in India. As a result, it is proved that the home offices are the best way bringing proficiency in the enterprises.

Shifting toward final view, why some folks consider that going to offices are the predominant way because of the teamwork. In others words,the workers would have more options to discuss their problems and solutions with their colleagues at the offices, which leads to make their relationships and teamwork stronger. To cite an example, a survey had been conducted in 2019 in china that indicated 43% staff accepted they are able to work more efficiently while they work with their fellow workers. Hence, it is indisputable fact that with the aid of this trend organisations are able to increase their shares and products.

In conclusion, telecommuting has multiple advantages for companies such as increasing workforce performances yet, I believe that firms who have the policy of working at offices have more chances to boost up their businesses.
