Nowadays people above 50 face more difficulties to getting a good jobs in some nations .I will shed light on why people face this problem what is the major problem and how to tackle this situation in the forthcoming paragraphs
To commence with , oldage people face difficulties because of their age they do not have more ability to do hard work as compared to youngsters.for example, in some job places there only need youngones because their work efficiency only for hardship and determination such as games football and cricket team their are no freedom to play after 50 . because they do not have to work from 9 to 6 . Additionally, some people face health issues such as blood pressure and heart problems after age of 50, therefore they do not work as workplace their need to work hard
There are some curb out to tackle this problem , first and foremost, in factories such as manufacturing factories their are risk of machines and therefore,they hire experienced worker as a care taker who helped to work them to learn them . Government should also provide some basic things to whole citizens who above 50.
