In certain countries many people choose to rent an apartment rather than buy one. From my point of view, it happens because of huge price which lead to loans. Also, some countries have higher costs for houses than others and these factors are the main issues for people.
Firstly, the key reason for people to buy a house depends on the country where they live in. Some of them have different income levels and it provides taxes increase. Majority of people can not afford to pay for property in full. For instance, in 2006, the scientists from Oxford, found that in wealthy countries a 30% of society often take a mortgage as a result they have troubles with finances because of enormous taxes and shortage money. These factors have huge impact for people who want to buy a property.
On the other hand, to rent a house cheaper and easier to organise. Almost all of the apartments problems solving by landlords and it is the main advantage of renting because people should not care about common troubles. Also young tenants find this way more convenient because of temporary leaving so they prefer to pay every month rather than in full. As an example, the scientists from UK National university demonstrated the statistics have shown that in mentally level people prefer to change the atmosphere and apartment every 10 years therefore it is popular for society.
Overall, I would agree that renting a house has more advantages than owning one. Many different factors influence on people’s choice.
