In some specific parts of the world, individuals prioritize lease a house instead of buying property. This essay will discuss the main sources of this situation and refers some noticeable advantages or disadvantages.

It is necessary to mention that most of the people live in rented accommodation because of financial limits. Clearly, being the owner of house or designing all infrastructure from the beginning is not affordable. Therefore, living as a tenant causes several benefits. Firstly, favoring budget-friendly apartment with accurate location and providing furniture turn to the great contribution for killing time. Hence, leasing fully furnished house is being preferred by society in order to saving their time and money. Additionally , humans who intend to reside in a place for a period of time don’t consider becoming the homeowner. For instance, the primary concern for students is to find adequate residential area near the university rather than purchasing property.

On the other hand, tenants may be required to move out when the contract end. According to the consequence of circumstances, individuals face monetary breakdown. Moreover, to make a long-term investment by the way of acquiring residence is outstanding as opposed to renting.

In conclusion, although negative aspects of leasing such as limited agreement, there are essential opportunities including affordability for community. However, being the owner of accommodation is rely on perspectives of individuals.
