People are getting busy day by day as a result, they don’t have the time to visit different shops to buy their daily needs due to which large town stores or shopping center are getting flourished. In my opinion, this changes has more pros than cons and the reasons are highlighted below.

To commence with, one of the major advantages of visiting large out of town stores is that they are always less time consuming as well as they are convenient. People can buy all their daily needs such as groceries, medicines and clothes etc. at one place at a one time. Moreover, this shopping center is really big in size with a lot amenities such as cinema hall, theatres, e-sports so it provide a sort of entertainment for the people which makes the place more comprehensive for shopping as well for entertainment purpose.

furthermore, the large town stores provide branded products as well as exclusive discounts which attracts the customers. for instance, during the festival seasons such as Christmas, Diwali there will be heavy discounts in buying electric products or home appliances such as fridge or computers so In India people mostly wait to buy these products during these season.

on the other hand, this has some demerits too. large malls or shopping complexes are affecting the sales of the small shops by giving the heavy discounts. As a result, unemployment has risen. Along with this pollution is also increasing as people commute long distances using their private vehicles to visit these malls which increases the gas emissions. Although this is an obvious disadvantage, the advantage are more support to their usages.

To conclude, their are more far benefits than drawbacks in visiting the large out-of- town centers. The disadvantages can be curtailed by adopting the preventive measures.
