Nowdays, many people think that younger generation should try different jobs before choosing the right one. In this passage I will explain why, in my opinion, attending differents jobs would be the right fit in the early stages of adult life.
Trying different work experiences could be beneficial in terms of find the best job that fit with our purposes: for instance, once we have finished our accademic years, we are not aware of what do we really want and we need to gain experience in the field. Therefore, the only way to collect it, it is by practicing what it has been acknowleged at school. In addition, attending differents jobs boost our personal growth: changing constantly your enviroment put us everytime in challenging positions due to the fact that we are always approaching different people and attitudes.
However, any circumstance should be approached in a different way. Therefore, to experiment a lot of jobs before settling for one could not the best choice. For example, if it had been the chance to attend interships during accademic studies and it has been known that a specific work is the right fit to someone, there are no needs to try different works. Instead, settling in the desired job could be the right solution in order to acquire experience quicky and be more competitive.
Tu sum up, I strongly believe that applying for different jobs is crucial for our personal growth, especially if there is the possibility for abroad experiences: When we are in our twenties, challenging our skills and collecting experience should be our first purpose, in order to become our best verstion of ourselves.
