Nowadays, in many countries, people are often busy only with their work and interested only in earning money. Although youngsters has enough money, they do not have time to spend it. People are not satisfied with their position and often feel sad. In my opinion, teenagers’ interest only in money is the reason behind their sadness, and employers need to come forward to help them.

There are many reasons why the young generation cannot enjoy their money. First, nowadays people are more focused on their careers than before and always busy achieving their goals. Moreover, they are not satisfied with their current position often feel bad. For example,in many developed countries index of happiness is really bad because people in these countries are mostly busy achieving their dreams and goals. In addition to this, the young generation is more materialistic these days. Expensive items like, a luxury home, and a big car are required in order to feel happiness. So, they are always put more effort into affording those items.

In my opinion to solve these problems we need to do this. Firstly, employers do not need put pressure on their employees to work extra time or work more apart from office hours to get extra money. For instance, most big companies have policies like, put extra time at the office or do extra shifts in order to get additional wages.

In conclusion, although in most countries, adults are financially strong and healthier than before these days, they often feel sad and unhappy. Indeed, their feelings regarding happiness are tied to achieving career goals and dreams. The government should stop this.
