In modern community,individual greed and selfishness have become it’s basis.It is believed by many individuals that people must return to older customs such as giving respect to family and society in order to make a splendid world to live.I completely disagree with this notion, and I will articulate my viewpoints in the upcoming paragraphs with relevant examples.
To commence with,the primary reason for my belief is that people cannot adapt the lifestyle of past’s individuals because nowadays people have become accustomed to latest technology and they cannot live without it ; however, in the past there was no availablity of such gadgets.Therefore , they would find it arduous to survive.For example, nowadays, everyone has a mobile phone, and they use it not only for their personal lives but also for professional lives.If they return to old traditions, they will not utilise it.In contrast, public should mitigate the time spent on electronic gadgets and should devote this time more and more with family members so that they could make cordial relations with each other ; as a result, youngsters will obey their elders and pay respect to them .
Another reason is that when public return to old customs ,it may create unemployment among them.This is due to the fact that currently, inhabitants can easily find lucrative job in MNC , which may help them to rise their standard of living.Whereas, in the past , majority of people did menial jobs only ; therefore, workers will have to suffer a lot if they return to old era. Admittedly, parents should teach their juveniles how to give respect to others and other moral values at an earlier age so that children may not disrespect others when they would get older . Consequently, there is no requirement to return to previous traditions.
In conclusion, I opine that people should not return to previous traditions as it may be herculean task for people to survive in the past era without technology and highly paid occupations.In order to make better world, people should try to spend time with family members and parents must teach their children some moral values instead of returning to past era.
