Individuals try to purchase more vehicles such as cars for their personal use. As we can see, people in anywhere in the world eager to buy drive own vehicle. In my personal view, we should have a vehicle to travel anytime, but we must maintain them to protect the environment from impurity gases and oils. Nowadays, there are so many vehicles all around the globe and it is not good for the environment. This essay addresses the positive impacts of having a car as a person and what are the negative effects that can occur to the atmosphere.

Currently, most of individuals those who can make a considerable amount of money utilize a vehicle, at least a motor bicycle. There are many advantages of having a vehicle for a family, especially those who live outside the cities. The public transportation is not efficient in villages. As an example, sometimes we have to wait for a bus about an hour. Therefore, it is very crucial to have a vehicle to travel.

While the cars benefit for people, they are doing a negative effect to the surroundings. The emission of CO2, NO2 and SO2 badly impact to the atmosphere. Moreover, in cities, the pollution is too high due to thousands of vehicles. According to the latest research conducted by Harvard University in 2023, it was found that the emission of impurity gases in the United Kingdom has risen by 45% during the past decade.

In conclusion, it is proved that convenience of having a car as individual for various reasons, such as travel anytime we want, in spite of public transportation issues. However, the negative impacts on the environment exceed the benefits of car usage. We should try to protect the environment while fulfilling our needs.
