It is true that travel in abroad is increasing in recent years due to its lower cost. This leads to a great number of countries that foster tourists from around the world. While I would argue that it may bring several disadvantages to some extent, I acknowledge that it is one of the crucial elements of contributing to a nation’s economy.
Admittedly, there are a couple of drawbacks to opening a country to boost tourists that affect natural habitats. Travel expenses play a vital role in trips, therefore, using decreased costs as part of attracting international tourists. However, if there are a lot of people visiting, I will cause overload and maybe not good management. For example, according to a recent survey in Travel Magazine, the rate of crime increased by 2%, This is because it was a great opportunity for crime to pickpocket or something like that. If the government managed these better, it would boost economic growth.
However, it is more beneficial for promoting travel worldwide. In terms of travel, which is a financial resource to develop an economic country as well as promote culture around the world. A vast majority of tourists visit any country to experience culinary and breathtaking views, for instance, it is a perfect way to encourage scenic spots and cultural nations. According to a study in the Economic magazine in Vietnam, travel contributes to the nation’s budget by 10%. It will be a huge chance if authority figures focus on developed travel.
In conclusion, even though there are a few of disadvantage to this, I still believe that its benefits outweigh drawbacks.
