It has been argued that older people are not responsible to fast changing plans in the latest factory and that for this reason youngster employee are to be like better. I completely agree with this statement that younger worker are to be preferred as compare with older citizens. They have more knowledge, ability of work, and they are more energy for do work quickly.
The most compelling reason for holding to my view is that younger have more knowledge about modern facility as compare over 50 people. This is because older people not know how to use new technology. For example, a over 50 man work in difficult situation. He cannot manage quickly as compare to younger people. As a result of this policy work not complete in good way.
Another reason for my position is that youngster have ability to control difficult situation but on the other side older citizen have no ability as compare to younger. If older man are worker in company so sudden a client are coming. He want to do work rapidly but over 50 no do this work quickly. However, the youngster not come in pressure to doing this. He control situation by using fresh mind.
Lastly, if over 50 citizen work hard they face many problem on health. Because their age cannot complete work quickly. Therefore, adult people are more energetic and responsible from older mans. So in modern era adult people have more knowledge from older people.
In conclusion, I totally agree with the opinion that younger have more knowledge and ability about modern machinery. In addition adult age people are more active and energetic than over 50 people . Given its situation, it is recommended that government should which worker are over 50 given them retirement and add new young age people for better result.
