Nowadays employers prefer to hire young workers than 50 years old staff members because young generation Iare more creative and functional.i think it’s a right decision to work with quick thinking people instead of old one but it’s always useful to have a person with experience
From my point of view in today’s world when everything rapidly changing all modern trends styles and visions it’s better to have young brain. the young generation easily adapt to new ideas and innovation in the beginning of the career. People are more productive workable and their heads are filled with new and taste ideas .workers are ready to work more and harder to achieve their goals and to be successful in the future
however I believe that workers over50 years old are also vital for the modern companies. to my mind older generation is the people with a high level of experience. they have already known how to act in current word when everything is so unstable. the generation can always rely on senior in tough times
all in all young workers are more valuable in today’s quick changing world but people with wealth of knowledge and experience are essential for modern work places too
