Nowadays, a large number of people argue that governnments should provide university places for young people, it bring some benefits for their country, while others think that it bring some drawbacks for their country. I believe that this is a main reason development countries.
Admittedly, providing university places for young people have some disadvantages for their country. One disadvantage is that causing pressures on local authorities. For example, providing a high percent for young people require governments spend a lots of money to building universities, facilities and prepare modern equippments. Another disadvantage is that waste force of society. Realistically, not everyone is suitable to academic paths or careers need adanace certificates. This reason why young people may not development skills of them when follow university.
However, I am convinced that local authorites providing university places for young people, it bring some benefits for their country. Firstly, a large number of force have level of university which brings many direct benefits for economic. For example, improving labor productivity and ability to apply modern technology of produce and services, when person have high level of acedemic who work more effectively. Secondly, labor force have high level of academic to attract foregin investment. For instance, some international companies often investment for many countries have skilled workforce owing to they have rapid training and operate advanced technological.
In conclusion, providing university places for young people have both advantages and disadvantages. However, i believe that governments should investment university places for young people.
