There is a trend for the vast majority of people to hold an opinion that changes are beneficial, while others claim that pausing and continuing is better. It seems that despite the negative aspects, the positive effects are more apparent. The following paragraphs will discuss both sides of view and analyse which one outweighs the opposite point.
The two main advantages of changing are opportunity for higher results and gaining experience. Firstly, remaining at the same level cannot lead people to achieving any results. Obviously, it might be related to work. If there are no changes in your job position, then the salary or career development will not appear. Secondly, experience gives people more confidence, which is an important part of life. An outstanding example of this would be the history of the Russian singer’s Zivert popularity. Initially, she worked as the stewardess and thanks to the changes in her life Zivert now is a widely known singer.
Despite the aforementioned advantages, some people still don’t believe in any changes. They justify it because of fear or getting a bad experience. This part of the community is mostly the elder generation. In many cases, changes can be associated with something unknown, which leads to afraidness of losing the present. For instance, there is a trend for employers from generation X, who are working at the same place for a long period of time, because they find it stable and unwavering. While generation Z are always looking for new possibilities and trying to change that they don’t like. Admittedly, by falling into bad situations people can understand their wishes exactly.
To conclude all the arguments, although the changes are scary and unfamiliar, in fact they can support people to achieve their goals and bring their dreams to come true. Thus, one of the most significant parts of the path of life is accepting the challenges and changes.
