There are a lot of pros and cons in the development of shopping malls, because of the fact that population is increasing with tourists frm a wide range of continents. In this essay, I will discuss both sides and try to draw some conclusions.
On the one hand, the improvement of significant shopping malls in different countries have a lot of benefits not only to the citizens, but for the financial problems. With the help of money, which people earn, they have an opportunity to solve their problems and purchase the things which they prefer. Moreover, the enhancement of advertisement by famous stars and bloggers would assist the director of specific shopping complex to become financially successful and they would have a chance to flourish their products by manufacturing them in huge amounts.
On the other hand, the development of huge shopping malls may have a negative effect to the small malls. The reason for that huge shopping malls s attract most customers because they offer many products in one place. It can be a luxurious brand which is more exoensive and have a good quality than the products of small shopping malls. This can be reason of replacing tiny malls with huge ones. Furthermore, significant shopping malls can cause heavy traffic, parking problems, and longer travel times, which would disturb a lot of citizens. As well as many individuals can write a report to the side of shopping malls, which would face challenges.
In my personal conclusion, they have to replace huge shopping malls where is relevant, and not nearby the road or houses.
