For example, in Kazakhstan, authorities spend their budget on developing the metropolises such as Almaty and Astana; however, those from the countryside cannot gain similar access for modern infrastructures. Consequently, these people decide to change their location to convenience one. As a result, governments introduce taxes for products and other things to in order to keep adequate number of

citizens.

To tackle this increasing concern modern facilities should be built in rural areas. In other words, the basic services such as ATM, bank and hospital systems, also well-rounded education and work opportunities ought to be provided. if government make them accessible for people, residents will not change their hometowns. Additionally, workers’ income should be equal even if they were earned either in the city or the countryside. A good illustration of this would be growing rural areas which are undergoing redevelopments and people for such regions will have easy and quick access to the major establishments. Consequently, making city life expensive will not be in demand as a measure to solve overpopulation.

In conclusion, despite city life can require a high income because of large amounts of people in it, creating greater and wider opportunities for residents from different regions is a key reason to prevent this problem.
