While some people believe government should be responsible for provide retired citizens with financial aid, others argue that retirees should supplying for themselves. This is promotes a culture of hard work in our society and we should need more equalities. In my opinion government shoult be assist the retirees.
Firstly, if people know they have no help from government, this should be encourage them for more hardwork to fulfill their needs at the end of the life .Some people faces various challanges in their lives, such as education expenses for their children and manage their daily life-styles and needs. So that, cant not save any money for their future lives. Though , they work very hard still they can not make it , because some individuals have low earning jobs, so sometimes hard work doesn,t match their needs. But they try harder as they can to make a reasonable position for themselves . I don’t think this is very suitable for them because it requires so much physical energy and mental pressure. For example, in Us retired citizens can access social security , medicare , pentions and essential needs for them and those benefits depends on their life-time earnings. So if you earn more you could get more benefits , and this is not a positive sign for them who had limited earnings.
Secondly, the majority of prople do not have high paying jobs. However, low earning individual or higher earnings whatever he is they are both have significant impact on their countries, they work their whole lives to build their country, pay their taxes and contribute to overall economic growth . Therefore , they should be appreciated when they end their career journey. As a way of compensation for their devotion to their youth and countries government should provide them money related help and care services. For example, regular health checkup and some financial aid so they can fulfill their dai expenses.
In conclusion, i believe the authorities should assist retirees with money and take care of them.
