It is often argued that inhabiting in a city or a town is better than in the countryside, while others hold the view that residing in a village is much more beneficial. In this essay, I will discuss both sides’ opinions.
On the one hand, living in urbanized places can be convenient and useful in some aspects of life. First of all, cities can benefit inhabitants in terms of up-to-date technology –modern devices and fast internet connection, mainly helping students learn knowledge efficiently on a regular basis with no hardships at all. Secondly, by living in cities might be considerably comfortable with transport services. Because there are so many cabs, vehicles, buses and even lorry for transporting people and carrying their large luggage from one place to another. As a result, residents in towns with such comforts not only tend not to be late for work, schools or even hospitals, but also they can do tasks related to moving heavy things. Thirdly, by moving to towns and capitals, people will have more job opportunities than countryside. The reason for this is that industrialization develops dramatically in such places which employ many dwellers and pays really highly. Hence, in these cities, occupants can reside with no difficulties in living during their life span.
On the other hand, there are several positives of living in villages. One of the main objectives is clear environment. The countryside offers a peaceful environment, free from the noise and hustle of city life. The natural landscapes, open spaces, and scenic beauty provide a serene and relaxing atmosphere. This peaceful surrounding can significantly reduce stress and contribute to better mental health. Additionally, rural living often allows for a closer connection to nature and outdoor activities, which can enhance physical well-being. Rural areas typically have hospitable community where people know each other and share a strong sense of belonging. This community can foster supportive relationships and a sense of security, which might be less pronounced in the more anonymous urban settings. Other objective is that living in the countryside often comes with a lower cost of living. Housing is generally more affordable, and the cost of goods and services can be lower than in urban areas. This financial benefit allows for a potentially higher quality of life with more disposable income for other pursuits and savings.
In conclusion, cities have some benefits in terms of convenience and comfortable transport, while countryside has several positives including, relaxing atmosphere, friendly society and low cost of living. Ultimately, the choice between city and countryside living depends on individual preferences and priorities, but for those seeking a vibrant and opportunity-rich life, urban living presents a more attractive option.
