Employeing staff from their own compsny rather than from overseass is preffered by many businesses. Although there are some drawbacks such as fresh point of viwes, i believe the advantages outwigh them.
One obvious disadvantage of hiring wihin own company is the lack of fresh pair of eyes. In other words, as companies already know the person they are hiring, they will not bring any new perspective to the workplace. Owing to the fact that employees from overseas bring fresh eyes and new way of looking at things, entreprises are missing out on such oppurtunities. For instance, a different person could identify the problem that the old ones were unable to see. Hiring staff from overseas ,would as a result, enhance the productivity and change the work environment.
On the other hand, i condone that the benefits are more significant. Due to the fact that someone from the company is already familiar with everything like staff and how everything is done, entreprises would save the time of explaning everything to the new staff. Thus, they would be adapted to the environment the moment they enter, so it would automatically boost the productivity and the quality of work done. Additionally, another benefit is that it would be more facile for bosses to control their employees. As the bosses are already acquainted with them, they would know their working habits.
In conclusion, despite some disadvantages, the benefits of being already familiar and easier control over employees would ,definetely, be more vital. Hopefully, both the overseas staff and the ones from the company will aid the entrprise a lot.
