Band 5+: Many children there days have an unhealthy lifestyle. Both schools and parents are responsible for solving this problem. To what extent do you agree with this statement.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It is generally agreed today that’ Nowadays, numerous adolescents develop a harmful routine which should be addressed by the responsibility of their schools and guardians’ . This essay agrees that the best way to fix this matter should rely on the responsibility of their parents and schools.

To begin with, from my point of view, it is undeniable that parents and schools also have more experience than kids. They have more time to grow so they know how important a good lifestyle is ,but their kids can not. So they are active in contributing to a healthy lifestyle and they can take care and build schedules for children. Moreover, there is a common proverb which is ” school is the second home for children”. It means that schools where children spend a lot of their time after their house so the role of it in helping children prevent unhealthy lifestyles is as crucial as parents . Schools can teach them valuable lessons and give them advice in building a healthy lifestyle. I will examine, when I was a child, my father limited my time I played games or when I went to sleep to keep healthy and when I was at school teachers usually motivated us to sleep early or not play games too much.

The most striking feature of this problem is, there is no doubt about children being more dependent on parents who provide for all their needs such as mobile phones or toys and look after them. As a results, they become easier to control .It seems as a basic punishment. Furthermore, school is a place for children’s growth and education, they can follow children and take care step by step combined with their parents. Schools also can use punishment, but in another way .When kids have bad behavior , teachers can exchange with guardians to fix it and make them change their mind. For instance, when kids play online games beyond the specified time , their parents can take their phones or not allow them to play until they opedient.

Taking everything into consideration, I think responsibility of both schools and parents is the best way to deal with kids who do not have a good lifestyle. By their knowledge and control help them aware of what is good for them and prevent them from bad things.
