For protecting art and culture as a symbol of identity, a number of people think that new constructions should follow older designed ones. However, modern buildings are being built by a lot of countries to show a better view of urbanization. I feel strongly that people should follow the new design of building because modern buildings are envinonmental friendly and energy efficient.
Perhaps the most compelling reason why the construction of buildings should be prioritised is because of the impact of a poor construction on the environment of the city. One probable reason is that old designed constructions provide the history of the city. By learning from these buildings, our new generation may contribute in new research and discover the unknown. Another, beneficial effect can be said that economical assessments for the governments because tourists and local visitons usually pay for the visiting of the traditional architectures. So, the impontance of tollwing old constructions cannot be eliminated.
Despite the above arguments it cannot be denied that the modern building’s structural design can be beneticial for an urban city. Firstly, the buildings which are designed with modern style can tackle the environmental issues such as preserving water, sound and heat covering. Therefore, it can be considered as sustainable development for an urban city. Secondly, if the building are not followed by modern designs, then it may not provide recycling rain water or waste water for flush toilets and solar or wind power for generating electricity, Thus, instead of following traditional designs, modern plannings can provide envinonmental advantages.
In conclusion, I would argue that, new architecture designs should be followed for gaining environmental benefits.
