In the modern world, crime rate increases day by day. Governments try to decrease crime rate but it sometimes doesn’t work because of insufficient regulations so many criminals crime again when they released from prison. In my opinion, financial situation and psychology are more effective to be criminal and they cause of crime and governments can solve this problem with some regulations.
First and foremost, many criminals can not afford their needs or they have some psychological problems and this situation encourage to crime. When their punishments over, they will be free but they will continue to be poor. Moreover, they can’t take psychological support in jail so they don’t have no choice but to crime. They will need food or a house to stay when they will go out from jail. Thus, governments can help criminals to take psychological support who are in prison. They can give mission doctors to work in jail. This action influence on decreasing crime rate.
On the other hand, criminals have high self confidence and they can crime comfortably because they know their laws can not judge them easily and they can crime again and again. If governments can not create new regulations, they will continue to crime more. For instance, United Stades government make new laws to decrease crime rate. These regualations punish severly them so they can not be brave to crime again. Moreover, the government regulate jail life. Criminals live more unhealthy places. They will live in poor rooms so individuals don’t want to go jail again.
Taking everything into consideration, some people can not afford their needs because they can not find good conditions to work and this situation encrouage them to crime. In addition, they are not scared their laws because they can not judge them easily so governments have some responsibilities to make some regulations and decrease crime rate.
