Language is the identity of individual and language tell us a lot about the culture and tradition of a person, also it is unique in every region. In this modern world, many languages are abolishing which are spoken less by individuals and few professionals estimated that around 50% of the world’s language will no longer be spoken by the end of this century. Globalization is the major cause for this concern and if this continue then few languages may become extint and only be seen in museums.
Every individual want to get sucess in their life. Due to unavailability of employment opportunities people choose to migrate to another city or country. To be more precise, in rural areas there are limited number of employment opportunities due to which person think to migrate to another city to get sucess and achieve their dreams. In addition to this, few individuals choose foreign as way to their sucess. As a consequence, for a long time if the individual live in other culture and environment they may forget their own language and due to job restrictions they have to adopt that language.
Due to this trend in future individuals may loose their identity and history. In other words, a person get connect to the history of their culture through its language, and in long term if everyone adopt the different languages the minority language may get disapperared and people will lose their history. In addition to this, due to this trend the individual may adopt the other language and culture of other community.
In conclusion, the major cause for the disappearing of the minority languages is the globalization and urbanisation and due to this people may loose their identity and history.
