In the past, people thought only about their work. They gave their whole lives to work—their time, money, health, focus, and attention. This was normal for all individuals. However, nowadays, people are escaping this predicament; they do not want to spend their whole lives just for their careers. They want to spend their time on their children, their family affairs, and their parents. But not everyone is able to do so. For instance, it is not a simple achievement to achieve.
People are very chaotic when they try to manage their timetables. They are very irresponsible with their planned schedules. They often do not follow them. For example, in the majority of diaries, going to their job and working there is in first place. After their work, usually there is nothing planned. It is clear that humankind works a minimum of 6 hours a day; it means that they spend almost half their day at work. Afterward, the majority of people often go home and just sleep, because they do not have a plan; they have not planned their daily activities. To follow their diaries, humanity should be disciplined regarding their plans, and they should know the importance of family and how crucial it is.
Another problem is that individuals overthink about their career paths. They do not just overthink; they are overdoing and wasting their time on their work to upgrade their already pretty good statuses at work. To escape this problem, people have to be communicative; they have to talk to their parents or partners about anything. They should connect with them to understand how essential family and others are in their lives, and that family is more important than their jobs.
For me, achieving a balance between these two things requires being more disciplined and realizing in time how important other close people are.
Whereas it depends on individuals, if humankind wants to achieve the goals that they set, they can find many ways to achieve them
