Unrealistic expextations and requaris is the one way to burnout and lose motivation to live at all. Instead of being proud, people turn to be workaholic, lose the ability to say ”no”. Furthemore, this can also negatively affest to healty. Tiredness caused by prolonged device use, heavy physical work during the day will be the reason to back and muscle pain, which may reduce workers efficiency and productivity.
