For over a century the percentage of indebtedness has been constantly growing. That is why it has become a serious topic for debate. In order to find a solution to this topic, it is reasonable to observe various opinions about the complexity of taking debts.
On the one hand, banks have to make the issuance of loans more complex. Nowadays there is no database of total loans and one person is able to take a loan from a great number of different banks. Therefore, it will have a negative influence on banks in future because it is obvious that he will not be eligible to pay such a huge amount of loans. Moreover, for now, the bank has no guarantee that the person will pay his debt because nowadays a person is able to apply for bankruptcy. In this case, a bank is able to lose his money. As a matter of fact, nowadays some certain person is able to take a loan and leave the country, where he got it, then move money to another score in a new country and not to pay for his dept at all, which is also a threat to the bank’s money.
On the other hand, in our century of highly developed technological devices, the percentages for the doubt are paid in the first period of the load which means that even if a person closes his debt ahead of schedule, banks will receive their interest which is definitely positive for them. Moreover the, growth of the economy is not possible without cheap credits and if the procedure of taking them is hard, less amount of persons will take them.
In conclusion, it should be stressed that it is extremely significant to find a balance in the complexity of taking loans because when it is extremely easy, the amount of unpaid debts will grow greatly in no time. On the other hand, making it complex will stop people from having debts which is extremely bad for the country’s economy.
