Many people believe that the recipes of the meals and food products in the restaurants should be revealed to the publicity. While there are many disadvantages of disclosing nutritional information of dishes for restaurants, such as speacial meals being commonly spread around the world, and decreasing the demand for that food, and increasing the number of cookers of these special dishes, there are also advantages that overtake the number of disadvantages, such as people can intake some foods that are native to one country and are not available them to eat in the country they live, and a drop in the cost of these dishes due to being spreaded commonly.
There are a plethora of disadvantages that comes after revealing the recipe of the dishes to the restaurants, such as a decrease in the number of customers, because if the restaurants that serve special dishes reveal the secret ingredients of their dishes, many chefs around the world will be able to cook them by looking at these recipes. For example, last year, one of the most famous restaurants found out new meal that everybody would like regardless of their meal preference, but it could be only cooked by 3 chefs who work in that restaurants, but could not reveal the secret of these dishes due to the contract between them and the CEO of the restaurant until the CEO himself decides to reveal the secret for free to the publicity. Unfortunately, after the reveal of the recipe the customers of the restaurants decreased three times.
However, despite having a great number of disadvantages, there are also benefits of revealing the secret of these dishes, even though not for the restaurants, but for common people. Many people around the world cannot travel to other countries due to the traveling price, so that they cannot eat the dishes that are served in one restaurant. However, if the recipes of these dishes revealed these people could eat them, because the chefs in these countries may start to serve these meals due to high demand.
In addition to this, the dishes that are served exclusively in one restaurant at extremely high price will be served for people at affordable prices, if the restaurants reveal the secret. Because, always the price of rare items are the highest, and if they reveal the recipe, they are common around the world. Take the example of that famous restaurant, after the reveal of the recipe, the number of customers that visits the restaurant decreased, and the CEO had to lower the perice of these meals many times to increase the number of customers.
In conclusion, many people say that the recipe of special dishes must be relesed to the publicity. Whereas there a many drawbacks for restaurants, people would benefit more from the reveal.
